April 5, 1678, page 14a: Hans Jensen, the clerk in Klemensker, indicted "Judite sal. Hans Jensens" of Rutsker parish for 9 years of "Paaske Rettighed" (Easter Tax) on a deserted property, which is the 13th in number in Klemensker parish (namely Torpeg?rd, 13 Slg. Klemensker). Jens Mogensen, on his mother's mother's behalf could not accept that one would requiring Easter Tax of a barren ground that was of little value, but he should content himself with requiring the usual tenth bushel of corn. The judge did not believe that the clerk in any way could have the right to tax, as site is deserted and there is not yet built anything on the property. The clerk had to settle for the ordinary grain tithe.

According to Kure's farm-list, Judithe is the sister of Pastor (Sognepr?st) Jennum in Nyker. Jens Nielsen, from Jennum in Spentrup parish, N?rhald district, Randers county, was the pastor for Nyker parish from 1620 until his death in 1648, he was married to Hylleborg Hansdatter.
Mention of another brother, Peder Nielsen, can be found in the N?rre Herred Tingbog 1678-1684:
June 23, 1682, page 188a: Laurids Mogensen of Myrebye in Vestermarie parish summoned Jens Mogensen in Rosendalegaard regarding the family rights, which he had on the 28th farm in Rutsker (?ster Rosendaleg?rd, 28 Slg.) where Jens Mogensen now lives. Peder Finne from Vang appeared as a witness; he told that Laurids Mogensen's father, Mogens Larsen, and Anne, the widow of Peder Kag, were full siblings. On questioning by the district bailiff, Peder Finne could not confirm that Mogens Larsen and his sister Anne were produced inside marriage by their parents, but he could at least submit his oath that the two were born to the same parents within or outside of marriage. Then there appeared Peder Lauridsen of Rutsker, who had served Peder Kag's widow Anne for 1-1/2 years. He could testify that Laurids Mogensen's father was Mogens Larsen. He had heard that Mogens Lauridsen and Anne called each other brother and sister and that they had the same father and mother.
August 18, 1682, page 197b: Laurids Mogensen of Vestermarie acknowledged that he had been summoned legally in the matter between himself and Jens Mogensen of Rosendale. The matter regarded who should inherit the deceased Peder Kag's farm (Kagg?rd, 15 Slg. Rutsker). There were summoned the following witnesses: Peder Nielsen, Mogens Olsen and Jep Hansen. Peder Nielsen had come to this island 50 years ago when his now deceased brother, Jens Nielsen Randers (aka Johannes Nielsen Jennum) was parish priest in Nyker. At that time there lived a woman who was called "Jordeboes Signe", who was Mogens Lauridsen's mother. She was buried in the cemetery in Nyker parish. After her death Peder Nielsen heard her will read out. She had two sons and a daughter. But there was no mention of who was the father of the children. Seigne had a brother named Jens Clemedsen who lived and died in the parish. His heirs had indicated that the three children mentioned in Seigne's probate were not legitimate. These illegitimate children would therefore be Mogens Lauridsen and his sister Anne, the widow of Peder Kag. Mogens Olsen and Jep Hansen from Rutsker confirmed Peder Nielsen's testimony.
September 15, 1682, page 203b: Laurids Mogensen of Myrebye in Vestermarie parish and Jens Mogensen of Rosendale in Rutsker parish appeared before that court and acknowledged that they had an agreement on the 28th farm in Rutsker and did not want for the matter go to judgement. The case also included the 5th farm (Vesterg?rd, 5 Slg. Rutsker).
