March 22, 1678, page 13a: Johan Absalon met the court on the behalf of his sister Anniche, the widow of Morten Carlsen of R?nne. Jens Hansen of R? parish's son Laurits Jensen submitted a copy of the county court's judgment from the 21st of April 1669, which relieved his father of debt obligation. Johan Absalon had summoned the deceased Peder Hansen's heir from Puggeg?rd in Rutsker parish.
July 4, 1679, page 45a: The deceased Jens Hansen's heirs from R? parish: Laurids Jensen, Mads Ibsen in Rutsker on his wife's behalf and Hans Mogensen in Skrubbe on his wife's behalf, had the bailiff's permission to hold a 12 man inquiry on the 6 and 7 copyhold farms in R? parish, so they could establish the taxation value of everything of value in the "hus og bygning, ager og eng, skov og mark" (house and buildings, fields and meadows, forest and field), so that there could be a fair division among the siblings and heirs. The 12 men would go to the 2 farms on the 14th of July. All claims and evaluations would be presented in court.
November 21, 1679, page 61a: The court ordered a 12 man jury evaluation on the 6th and 7th Vornedeg?rde in R? [namely Lindeholmsg?rd, 6 Vdg. and Store Halleg?rd, 7 Vdg. in R? parish]. Their task was to assess the deceased owner Jens Hansen's property which was to be divided among his heirs.

Ellers fremlagde Mads Ibsen i Rutsker et pantebrev fra 10 Marts 1671 paa 120 Daler som Jens Hansen havde laant ham. Alt ialt var der saaledes v?rdier for 360 Daler.
The judgment regarding the division of the deceased Jens Hansen and wife Bendte's property in the 7th copyhold farm in R?: a total valuation was set at 360 Slettedalers dollars - the value of mortgage deed, to be distributed between the two brothers at 80 Daler each, and the two sisters at 40 Daler each. Laurids Jensen was the youngest son, and thus was award the right to inherit the farm. The second son was Rasmus Jensen, of R? parish, and two sisters, Kirstene, married to Mads Ibsen in Rutsker parish, and Hans Mogensen's wife [Seigne] living at "Skrubbe" in Klemensker parish.
The judgment concerning the 6th copyhold farm: valued at a total of 60 Slettedalers. With Laurids Jensen's intervention, the farm was awarded to the other son, Rasmus Jensen. As he was currently a soldier, his brother Laurids Jensen represented him.
On July 15, 1681 (page 137b) a judgement was made in the case between Laurids Jensen of R? parish and Mads Ibsen in Rutsker parish. The case dealt with the inheritance of Mads Ibsen's wife Christina's deceased parents. The original problem is the distribution of the estate of the parents of Laurids Jensen, Christina Jensdatter and a brother, Rasmus Jensen, who is abroad traveling from the country. The parents had lived on the 7th copyhold farm in R? parihs and was distributed in a subsequent jury led judgement.
In a N?rre Herred lower court hearing dated June 28, 1678 (page 21b) Niels J?rgensen of ?sterlars parish summoned Jens Hansen of R? parish for a debt of 60 Sldr. and interest for 16 years, which was owed to his deceased father. Jens Hansen's son apologized that his father was ill, so he could not come and defend himself against the accusation. The case continues again on July 12th (page 22b) wherein Jens Hansen referred to a upper court case from the previous April 16th, which interpreted the debt differently. Niels J?rgensen presented the case on behalf of his (now deceased) father J?rgen Hansen. Niels J?rgensen's witness was Hans Michelsen of ?sterlars. Payments should be made to a number of people, among them Margrethe, the widow of Ole S?rensen Melsted. A second witness was Anders Hansen from Kobbeg?rd in ?sterlars parish. The next hearing of the court was on August 2nd (page 23b), wherein Niels J?rgensen presented an ?ster Herred (Eastern District) court testimony dated July 29th. Jens Hansen replied that this was not obtained from his deceased father's probate. At the next hearing on September 6th (page 27a) Jens Hansen presented a written submission to Niels J?rgensen, and produced as witness Margrethe, widow of Ole S?rensen Melsted, who testified that she had paid Niels J?rgensen on Jens Hansen's behalf. Both parties wanted judgment. On October 11, 1678 (page 29b) the judge noted that Niels J?rgensen could not prove his claims with documentation which could accurately tell what had happened after the probate for his father. Neither could Jens Hansen prove he had settled the account after the probate of his brother. Therefore Jens Hansen was absolved of the brothers Niels and Anders J?rgensen's charges. However, the manuscript detailing the District Bailiff's opinion on the 60 Sldr. is clear enough. Jens Hansen had paid 5 Sldr. to Niels J?rgensen and 5 Sldr. to Margrethe, the widow Ole S?rensen Melsted. But he had not payed the 10 Sldr. to Niels and Anders J?rgensen "udi hans boe og gods i hvor det findes" (out of his estate and goods in where it is found).
Bendte's patronymic probably Larsdatter; probably the sister of Inger Larsdatter (-1685-1715-), wife of Hans Pedersen (died 1685), and Niels Abrahamsen (died 1715). Possibly they are the daughters of the Lars/Laurids Hansen who was the tax-payer for Lindeholmsg?rd in 1658 and 1662?
