- Kirstine Hansdatter's mother died in 1785, and her father Hans Jensen died a year later in 1786. After her father's death Kirstine was made the ward of J?rgen Mogensen Munch of Egeskovsg?rd, 42 Slg. in ?sterlars parish. Kirstine can be found living at that farm in the 1787 census, where she is described as being a servant (tjenestefolk). Kirstine's future husband Niels Christiansen Munch was the nephew of J?rgen Munch, and lived at the neighbouring farm: 41 Slg. Store Spagerg?rd.

Note: J?rgen Mogensen Munch's wife Kirsten Hansdatter Kj?ller was a relative of Kirstine Hansdatter. She is the daughter of Kirsten Hansdatter (circa 1708-1781), who is the sister of Kirstine's mother's father Svend Hansen. Kirsten Hansdatter Kj?ller died in 1804, she was living with Kirstine Hansdatter and Niels Christiansen Munch in Klemensker parish.

Note: Kirstine was born in Klemensker parish; unfortunately the Klemensker church records pre-1800 were destroyed in a fire.
The 1787 census places her birth at circa 1774, while the registry records of 1831and 1833 would indicate she was born circa 1774, and the 1845 census at circa 1769, and the 1850 census circa 1773.
